Courses and Study Days at Arthur Rank Hospice

 

Education is a keystone component of the Arthur Rank Hospice Palliative Care Services in striving to improve the quality of palliative care delivered in all settings.

The Education Department aims to share the expert knowledge of the hospice with healthcare professionals and others throughout the local community and beyond in order to achieve the highest possible standards in palliative care.

A wide range of palliative care educational events take place throughout the year and these are open to healthcare professionals (including students), allied professionals and volunteers working with patients, carers and their families within the palliative environment.

We also provide bespoke education and training to health and social professionals within their workplace or here at the Education Centre.  These sessions provide a more in-depth teaching for a morning, an afternoon or a whole day.  For more information on any of our services please contact:
