How to raise a concern or make a complaint

Our How are we doing leaflet (a PDF can be downloaded HERE) explains more about how to raise a concern or make a complaint.

This service is for us! The User Group gives us an opportunity to let staff know if there are any changes we’d like, they really do listen.

HUG

Our HUG (Hospice User Group) is comprised of volunteers, most of whom have had personal experience of the Hospice’s services either as a patient or as a carer.

Members receive training in engaging with patients and carers, and how to listen carefully to their experience.

We are very keen to expand membership of this important group so if you would like to find out more please see our HUG webpage or contact  care@arhc.org.uk or call 01223 675777.
