There are hundreds of ways you can get involved to support people in Cambridgeshire living with an advanced serious illness or other life-limiting condition.
Over 3,800 patients each year are supported at our Hospice in Cambridge, our Day Treatment Centre in Wisbech and in people's own homes.

Patients care is completely free of charge to them but it will cost over £13 million this financial year to operate services.
With your help, we need to raise a further £5.1 million (to support £7.9 million contracted services from the NHS) and support people in your community.
