Applications are now OPEN for our charity places in the 2027 TCS London Marathon.
Applications are now open for the TCS London Marathon on Sunday 25 April 2027. We would be delighted to hear from anyone who would like to take up the challenge and raise funds for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity.
You can read about our amazing 2026 runners here.
We also have many other running challenges you can take part in for #TeamArthur, both in the UK and internationally. Contact us now on challenges@arhc.org.uk to find out your options.
We’d love to hear from you if you’d like to take up a marathon challenge and fundraise for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity to support people in Cambridgeshire living with an advanced serious illness or other life-limiting condition and those who need end of life care
Email challenges@arhc.org.uk or telephone 01223 675888 today, to speak to one of our challenges team to discuss this further!
If you would like to run on a Charity Place in 2027, we ask you to apply by completely an application form. We only have 4 places, and demand always exceeds this. Please email challenges@arhc.org.uk to be sent the form.
If you are successful in the public ballot for 2027 and would like to raise funds, we’d love to welcome you to the team.
We are so grateful that you are considering supporting people in Cambridgeshire living with an advanced serious illness or other life-limiting condition.
If you have a ballot place, there is no minimum to raise.
If you have secured a charity place with us, there is a non-refundable Registration Fee of £60.
We ask for a commitment to raise £2000 for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity to support people in Cambridgeshire living with an advanced serious illness or other life-limiting condition.
You will be sent an online application form to complete. Applications will only be considered this way. Please provide as much detail as you can on the form, as there are always more applicants than places.
After applications have closed, all will be reviewed and a shortlist of runners drawn up. Shortlisted applicants will then be invited to attend an informal online chat to discuss their fundraising plans and reasons for applying.
The 4 places will then be allocated and everyone will be contacted by the end of June with the outcome of their application.
You will receive a free #TeamArthur runners t shirt or vest to train and run in on the day – this is really good for others to ‘spot’ you so they can cheer you on and show their support.
Our Challenges Fundraising Team can support you to fundraise also.
Sponsoring anyone who is running will help them to meet their fundraising target. Please let us know if you would like to donate to our Charity or support a runner.
All runners with a charity place will have their packs sent directly to the address they registered with.
We recommend Enthuse and we will send you full details on how to set this up. You will feel a sense of community as you can see the overall total raised by all #TeamArthur Runners. Other fundraising platforms are available.
On the day more that 53,000 runners will be participating. Arthur Rank Hospice Charity has secured 4 Charity Places. We also welcome any runners who have secured their own place in the ballot and choose to fundraise for the Charity.
Your support helps to continue supporting people in Cambridgeshire living with an advanced serious illness or other life-limiting condition and those who need end of life care, thank you.
