Arthur Rank Community Team
The Hospice’s Community Team includes the Specialist Palliative Care Home Team and the Hospice at Home Team.
They provide end of life care and advice to people in their own homes across Cambridgeshire.

The Hospice at Home and Specialist Palliative Care Home teams are based at the Hospice in Shelford Bottom and at the Alan Hudson Day Treatment Centre in Wisbech, but they provide vital care across the whole of our County.
They are supported by the wider multi-disciplinary team at the Hospice, ensuring that our care is holistic and tailored to each individual’s personal situation. Our care also extends to their family and loved ones.

Julia Charnock-Jones, Specialist Palliative Care team Lead
Julia Charnock-Jones is the Specialist Palliative Care Team Lead for the Arthur Rank Hospice Community Team. As well as ensuring her colleagues are well supported, she visits patients in their own homes enabling them and their families to have much needed conversations about their future care and end of life wishes.
