Carer Support Service
Caring for a loved one with a palliative diagnosis can be very challenging.
Our Carer Support Team is here to guide and support you.
How and when we can support you
Support is usually offered on Wednesday afternoons or Friday mornings.
We provide targeted support by assessment of carer needs followed by ongoing support as required.
This support can be provided via telephone, video call, or face-to-face meetings at a convenient time to you.
The Healthcare Assistants providing this service are trained in using the Carer Support Needs Assessment Tool and in advanced listening skills.
