Stephen Hall
Ambassador
I was born and educated in Cambridge where I still live.
I trained as an engineer and I have spent most of my working life trouble-shooting and repairing high value electro-mechanical equipment. This has taken me around the world and involved training other engineers (including some non-English speaking groups).
I have two main hobbies;
1) Brass Bands – I started playing at the age of 11 and have performed with a number of local bands, managing to tick off one of my ‘bucket list’ by playing on the stage of the Royal Albert Hall.
2) Restoring and riding Vintage Lambretta Scooters.
Volunteering at the Hospice for a few years, I became an Ambassador to help spread the word about the work carried out at the Hospice and the Charity in general. In doing this, I hope to build strong contacts promoting the work of our Charity. As with all Ambassadors, we endeavour to reach a great number of people by attending community group meetings.
