Lorraine Petersen

Medical Director

Lorraine first worked at Arthur Rank Hospice in 2004 when she started her speciality training. When she finished her attachment at the Hospice she knew she wanted to come back and was delighted to return as a consultant in July 2008.

Based mainly in the community, Lorraine has an interest in medical law and ethics, advance care planning, chronic neurological conditions and teaching. Lorraine is the Medical Director for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity and is also the Caldicott guardian and joint chair of the Quality Development Group (previously called the clinical care board).

She is a keen salsa dancer and enjoys cycling and running with Jean-Pierre (JP) her standard poodle.
