John qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and has held senior positions in commercial finance departments mainly in the retail and pharmaceutical sectors.

Arthur Rank Hospice Charity looked after John’s father in the last couple of months of his life and he was very impressed with the care and warmth of the staff.

With the tough economic conditions that we all face over the coming months and years, John has said he will be working hard to ensure that Arthur Rank Hospice Charity remains financially strong and resilient so that it can continue to provide excellent care to patients and the wider community.
