In the Summer of 2022 a successful golf day was arranged in memory of Gordon Luff by his Wife, Gillian and Steve Lowe.
The Community of The Haywain Pub in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, came together for a great event in the summer sun. With support of local businesses who donated raffle prizes they raised an amazing £900 for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity, in appreciation for the care and support Gordon and Gillian received from the Charity’s Hospice at Home Team.
Arthur Rank Hospice Charity Ambassador, Robert Barnes who attended a cheque presentation at The Haywain on behalf on the Charity commented:
“On behalf of Arthur Rank Hospice Charity I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who was involved in making the Golf Day in memory of Gordon a success in memory. The money raised will make a huge difference to the vital care for patients and their families in Cambridgeshire.”
