Collection of Donations Enquiry

If you are able to, we ask that you kindly drop your donations off at one of our charity shops.

However, if you are donating large bulky items like furniture, we are pleased to be able to offer a collection service within the local area.

One of the Hospice Retail Team’s new vans, which is now helping to rotate stock, as well as deliver and pick up donations of furniture and larger items.

Please use the form below to send an enquiry (making sure to include a photo of the fire label) on any items of upholstered furniture you would like to donate.

Our collection service covers Cambridge and the surrounding area.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sawston

Please call us on 01223 242684 option 2 if you are unsure whether your area is covered by our collection service.

This service is intended to be used for the collection of large bulky items like furniture.

We do our best to accommodate the collection of other items such as books, DVDs, CDs, bric-a-brac, clothes, and electricals.

Collections can be booked for a morning or afternoon slot.

Mornings are 10am to 12pm. Afternoons are 1pm to 4pm.

We do not have the capacity to offer full house clearances at this time.
