Collection of Donations Enquiry
If you are able to, we ask that you kindly drop your donations off at one of our charity shops.
However, if you are donating large bulky items like furniture, we are pleased to be able to offer a collection service within the local area.
Please use the form below to send an enquiry (making sure to include a photo of the fire label) on any items of upholstered furniture you would like to donate.

Do you offer a collection service for donations?
Yes, we are pleased to be able to offer a collection service for donations in the local Cambridgeshire area.
Where can you collect from?
Our collection service covers Cambridge and the surrounding area.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cottenham
- Duxford
- Ely
- Great Shelford
- Haverhill
- Newmarket
- Royston
- Saffron Walden
- Sawston

What items can you collect?
This service is intended to be used for the collection of large bulky items like furniture.
We do our best to accommodate the collection of other items such as books, DVDs, CDs, bric-a-brac, clothes, and electricals.
Can I book a collection for a specific time?
No, sorry. We cannot guarantee an exact time.
Collections can be booked for a morning or afternoon slot.
Mornings are 10am to 12pm. Afternoons are 1pm to 4pm.
Do you offer house clearances?
No, sorry.
We do not have the capacity to offer full house clearances at this time.
Please do still contact us through the form, as although we cannot offer full house clearances, we will do our best to accept what we can.
