Retail Hub Book Scanner Volunteer

This role is open to those aged 18+

Are you interested in supporting us in a task orientated role in retail? Then this may be the role for you! Why not join us as a Book Scanner in our Retail Hub in Pampisford, Cambridge.

In this role you will sort through books that have been donated, and help identify books that may be of significant value. This is done using a book scanner device to see whether books are worth significant amounts of money to sell on Amazon.  It is computer based but it is simple, and training will be given. Our charity shops and Retail Hub help us to raise vital income for the charity as well as awareness of the services we provide.

This role would suit you if:

You prefer to sit down, as it is a seated task.

You prefer to work with a smaller team behind the scenes
You have an interest in raising income for the Charity
