“I have been volunteering for a number of years in different departments and the Retail Hub at the Charity and helping with many events, big and small.

During that time I have had the great good fortune to work with and meet many people in the Hospice and supporting the wonderful work the Charity does.

The Hospice is a place full of people with a ‘can do’ attitude and I have gained so much more than I have given.

Although, of course, there is sadness in the Inpatient Unit but there is also great joy for patients, families and for those who are lucky enough to work and volunteer there.”
