Mental Health First Aiders support Mental Health Awareness Week

Supporting colleagues at our Charity is very important to our Leadership Team and is reflected in our values of compassion, caring, excellence and community.
During Mental Health Awareness Week (11-17 May), we are proud to announce that our five Mental Health First Aiders have recently completed their refresher training, which is valid for the next three years.
Claire Duffill – Administrator at the Alan Hudson Centre, Gemma Manning – People and Operations Director , Sara Orsbourn – Head of Operations, Emma Hartley – Joint Team Lead Living Well Service and Jo Franklin – Clinical Nurse Specialist at the Specialist Palliative Care Home Team (Shown in the image from left to right) are available to colleagues if they, or someone they are concerned about are experiencing poor mental health or emotional distress.
As compassionate employers, colleagues can also access a range of wellbeing resources and free and confidential support from an Employee Assist Provider, CiC who also host regular educational webinars.
