Arthur Rank Hospice Charity have been lucky enough to secure two charity places in the biggest half marathon event in the world!
Join 60,000 other runners on the Great North Run, starting in Newcastle to cross the Tyne Bride in Gateshead, before running parallel with the River Tyne and finishing up with a view of the North Sea in South Shields.
We have just two places for two incredible fundraisers to join #TeamArthur and take on this famous 13.1 mile course on Sunday 7 September 2025. Imagine your elation at the end knowing how much you have supported people in Cambridgeshire living with an advanced serious illness or other life-limiting condition and those who need end of life care.
There is a £24 registration fee and we ask you to commit to raise £350 for people supported by Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. We’ll support you with fundraising tips and your very own Team Arthur running shirt.
As we have just two places, we’ll be taking applications and would like to ask anyone interested in running this event for us to complete the application form here https://forms.office.com/e/cUTdk4w19F by 11pm on Sunday 3 November 2024. Please include as much detail as you can about your fundraising plans but be quick so you don’t miss out.
Please note you must be over 17 years old on the day of the event to run.
We look forward to hearing from you. If you have any questions please contact Gina Thomas, Events and Challenges Manager on gina.thomas@arhc.org.uk.
