Online Will writing service
We have teamed up with Farewill, an online Will writing service, so you can write or update your Will from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
We understand that your priority is looking after your loved ones, so there is no obligation to leave a gift to Arthur Rank Hospice Charity in your Will, but we are so grateful to you for considering it.
If you do choose to leave a gift to the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity in your Will, thank you.
What is Farewill?
Our partners at Farewill offer an online Will writing service to help you write or update a simple Will for free.
Farewill were voted National Will Writing Firm of the year in 2020 and have 4.9/5 stars on Trustpilot – the highest score for any legal or financial services business globally.
How does it work?
- To redeem your free simple Will, click the button on the left of the page.
- Create an account with Farewill and complete their simple online questionnaire from the comfort of your home.
- Your Will is then checked within 5 days by an expert, to make sure your wishes are clear.
- Once it has been checked by Farewill’s experts, you need to print and sign in front of two witnesses to make it legally binding.
Who can use it?
This free Wills service is available to people aged 18 or over who live in England and Wales.
Unfortunately, it’s not yet available to those in Scotland, the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland because of key differences in laws around Will writing and inheritance. We’re working hard to make this available to everyone as soon as we can.
If you are based in Scotland, the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, please speak to our Gifts in Wills Team to explore other Will writing options or visit our page about writing your Will face-to-face with a solicitor.
