Costa Rica Coast to Coast

Stunning landscape and challenging terrain

With Costa Rica providing such challenging landscapes along the 500km cycle route, this surely is the ultimate bike ride adventure - guaranteed to take you to the edge!

Mother Nature has endowed Costa Rica with a virtual treasure trove of white sand beaches, tropical rainforest and a myriad of rare flora and fauna, spread between the Pacific and Caribbean. The route encompasses traditional Costa Rican farmlands, bustling colonial cities, stunning mountain ranges, smouldering volcanoes and tropical Caribbean lowlands.

Taking part in this extraordinary adventure will not only leave you with lifelong memories but your sponsorship will also go towards making a real difference to people with life-limiting illnesses. Your funds will enable us to continue giving life-enhancing care not only to our patients but to their family and friends who are also affected.

There are three ways to take part in this challenge. For full details please contact HERE.

  • Raise the minimum amount of sponsorship and cover the cost of your challenge entirely. This is a Band D challenge (please contact us for full sponsorship details).
  • Self-fund the challenge costs and raise as much sponsorship as you can
  • Partly self-fund the challenge costs and raise the remaining in sponsorship.

Joining Team ARHC will give you access to a wealth of fundraising experience as we will support you along the way with our fundraising tools, promotional items and media coverage.
