Arthur Rank Hospice Charity is delighted to announce that Pure Resourcing Solutions Best Employers Eastern Region is generously sponsoring their Money Multiplier Challenge 2025.

From 1 October to 31 December, teams from local businesses will take part in the Money Multiplier Challenge, aiming to turn a £50 seed fund into as much as possible to support people in Cambridgeshire living with an advanced serious illness or other life-limiting condition and those who need end of life care. Throughout the three months, each team will work together to develop creative fundraising ideas and grow their initial fund. From friendly office competitions and virtual games to themed dress-down days, there are plenty of fun and imaginative ways to get involved.

The Charity are inviting businesses and organisations to take part. Each team will have its own dedicated fundraising page to share updates and track progress, making it easy to follow their journey and celebrate their achievements. A contact from Arthur Rank Hospice Charity will also be assigned to each team, offering support and guidance as well as providing any necessary equipment to help make the challenge less daunting. It is a fantastic opportunity to raise vital funds whilst boosting team morale, whether working in the office or remotely.

The team that raises the most during the Money Multiplier Challenge will receive a stunning glass trophy, kindly donated by GoGlass, along with free entry to an Arthur Rank Hospice Charity event of their choice in 2026.

Thanks to the generous sponsorship from Pure Resourcing Solutions Best Employers Eastern Region, (a recruitment agency based in Histon), the cost of the seed funding has been fully covered, allowing all participating teams to get their fundraising efforts off to a strong start.

Sophie Marriage, Corporate Partnerships Officer at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity, expressed her thanks:

“This is such a fun challenge and over the years we have really enjoyed businesses getting involved in such a creative way. A huge thank you to our event sponsors, Pure Resourcing Solutions Best Employers Eastern Region, for generously supporting the Money Multiplier Challenge 2025. Their sponsorship has enabled us to provide every team with a £50 seed fund to kickstart their fundraising efforts to support patients and their families in the Hospice, at the Alan Hudson Centre in Wisbech and in peoples own homes across the community .”

This year, Arthur Rank Hospice Charity hopes to involve even more teams and grow the challenge beyond the success of last year, which raised over £5,000. Sophie added:

“Not only have Pure Resourcing Solutions Best Employers Eastern Region given every team a fundraising head start, but they are also helping to promote the challenge across their extensive network. We are so grateful to have their support.”

All the money raised through the Money Multiplier Challenge will support the “Outstanding” services that Arthur Rank Hospice Charity provides across Cambridgeshire to 3,800 people each year.
