In Person Will writing service
We have teamed up with the National Free Wills Network, a free Will writing service, so you can write or update your basic Will with a local solicitor.
Book a face-to-face appointment with a solicitor near you to write or update your simple Will for free*.
*For more complex Wills, our Will-writing partners will speak to you about any potential costs beforehand, so you won’t suddenly face an unexpected bill.
How it works
- You (and your partner, if writing a joint Will) must be 18 years or older and live in either the UK or Ireland.
- Complete the short form above to receive your pack.
- National Free Will Network will send you the pack with details of at least two participating solicitors local to you that we partner with. For those living in rural areas, we’ll send the closest participating solicitors, but there may be fewer to choose from.
- You can then book an appointment with your preferred solicitor and write your Will for free.
- Arthur Rank Hospice Charity pays a special rate to the solicitor to write or update a simple Will, and there is no cost to you.
