Retail Hub eBay Assistant Volunteer

This role is open to those aged 18+

We sell pre-loved and brand new items on the Ebay website. We are looking for a volunteer eBay Assistant to support the E-Commerce Lead in the day-to-day running of our eBay shop. Based at the Retail Hub in Pampisford, near Cambridge, the Hub helps to raise vital income for the Charity, and takes a huge amount of donations.  If you have experience of eBay listings that’s great, but if you don’t, if you are comfortable using a computer then we will gladly train you!

Main Responsibilities

• Assess condition of items
• Research value of items online
• Check for missing parts
• Clean items where necessary
• Write product descriptions for use in eBay listings using appropriate language, if required.
• Maintain our high standard of inventory control
