Ward (IPU) Reception Volunteer

Are you interested in volunteering in a clinical setting? Do you love to meet new people? Then this may be the role for you!

In this role you will:

• Provide a warm welcome to visitors and patients attending the unit.
• Receive, re-direct and make telephone calls in a polite and courteous manner; always seeking support from staff where needed.
• Show visitors around the unit if needed.
• Complete admin tasks as required e.g. packs, photocopying etc.
