We are currently looking for Healthcare Assistant who will work as part of a small, friendly, supportive and passionate multi-disciplinary team of specialists in our Living Well Service (day therapy service).

You will work as an integral member of the Living Well Service assisting registered nursing staff in delivering supportive care in the department and providing responsive and effective evidence based care to patients and families.

The successful candidate will have caring and understanding attitude and empathy, be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, able to work under pressure and in difficult/emotional situations as well as have interest in the provision of palliative care.

Previous experience within palliative/terminal care setting will be an advantage.
