A Primrose Tribute Fund enables family and friends to donate or raise money for the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity in a way that is appropriate to them.   It inspires hope that some good can be created from such loss by knowing that the money raised will enable other patients and their loved ones to benefit from the life enriching care given by Arthur Rank House.

Some people may decide to make monthly gifts, ask for donations in lieu of gifts or make donations on special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. Others may like to take part in a sponsored walk, run or bike ride, or hold a fundraising event in memory of someone special. The opportunities are endless and each contribution will help your Primrose Tribute Fund grow.

If you would like to set up a Tribute Fund, please either sign up on-line using the form below, or download an information pack here.   You can also set up a special Just Giving page which you can e-mail to friends and family so they can donate to the Tribute Fund and post any special messages.

Remember to ask people making donations to your Tribute Fund to Gift Aid it, this means that if they are a UK taxpayer, their contributions will be worth an additional  25% without it costing them an extra penny!

After you have set up a Tribute Fund, we will:

• Send you a confirmation pack and from then on an annual letter confirming how much your Tribute Fund has raised.
• Display the name of your loved one in our on-line Book of Remembrance on the special date you give us, for one month.   You can browse the book at any time and send a link to friends or relatives.
