Part-Time Administration Officer

 

This post is 15 hours per week.  It requires someone who has excellent IT skills, is competent with figures and databases and is happy to work in a very busy office. The salary will be pro-rata of the full-time salary of £15,000 pa. Flexibility and good communication skills are important. Community Fundraiser (Maternity Leave)

 

Arthur Rank Hospice Charity has successfully championed events and community based fundraising for many years and support from the local community is vital.  As the Community Fundraiser, your overall responsibility will be to work with the community to encourage and support their fundraising efforts.  You should be a team player and should have a good knowledge of techniques for fundraising, marketing and events. This is not a 9 to 5 job as some out of hours work will be required and time off in lieu given. Flexibility and enthusiasm are essential.  This role will be part of a very busy team and is for four days per week. Salary is pro-rata of the full-time equivalent £20 - £24,000 – depending on experience. The post is likely to commence in May. Voluntary Services Manager (11 month sabbatical cover)


We are seeking an experienced Voluntary Services Manager to cover the current post-holder’s sabbatical.  We are looking for someone who has experience of all aspects of volunteer management and has a flexible approach.  The applicant will need to have the ability to manage, motivate, support and develop volunteers carrying out diverse roles. Excellent planning and organisational skills and highly developed communication skills are essential. The applicant will need proven computer skills and good database experience.  This role requires close working with our NHS colleagues and with the Charity’s fundraising team.  Salary in the region of £25 - £28,000.  This post will commence in April.
