We are delighted to welcome you to Your Hospice Lottery, a weekly lottery where you could be in with the chance of winning £10-£1000 each week, costing just £1 per number.

The fund prize for each week's draw:
1st Prize £1000 2nd Prize £200 3rd Prize £100
8 winners will receive £25 each and 25 winners will receive £10 each

How to Play?
- One chance in our weekly draw is just £1
- The Lottery computer allocates a unique number for each chance. No claim is necessary as the winning cheques are sent by post after the draw.
- Your number(s) will be entered into the draw every week for which you have paid.
- Just complete and return the application form (you must be 16 or over to join our Lottery)
You can pay for your lottery subscription in one of four ways:
- by standing order
- by cheque direct to the Lottery Office (minimum £10)
- by credit or debit card by calling Your Hospice Lottery Office on 0800 285 1390 (minimum of £10)
- by cash at any Arthur Rank Hospice shop (minimum of £10)

All our representatives will have official identification on them – please ask to see this and to ask any questions you may have, as they are there to help.
