The Arthur Rank Hospice Shop plays a vital role in raising funds and awareness of our Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. Shop volunteers are among the most visible faces of our Charity and, as such, contribute hugely to how the public perceive us, and the work we do.  If you are interested in joining our team of Shop volunteers, Sonya, Sarah and Helen would be pleased to hear from you.

Now looking even better following a major makeover,  our Shop is open from:

09.30-17:00 Monday to Saturday

Good quality clothing, bric-a-brac, books and jewellery are always welcome.  Unfortunately as we have extremely limited storage space we are unable to accept any items of furniture. 

If you would like to donate goods to the Shop, it is helpful if you telephone our Managers Sarah, Helen and Paul on  01223 462452 in order to arrange a convenient time to do so.  This will ensure our shop personnel are ready for your arrival and can help with unloading if you pull up outside the shop.

One person’s unwanted items is another’s treasure, we hope what you buy from here will give you much pleasure

We accept bric-brac, books, toys, linen, clothing, shoes and bags. But did you know we can now also take your rags?

Any clothing, shoes, bags or books (that have seen better days), we can re-cycle and have them weighed, this results in even more money being raised

The Hospice Shop has a variety of Knitting Wool and Needle supplies on sale, please pop by to the hospice shop where you will be able to find interesting shades and colourful ideas.
